Top of the class electrical support and professionals. John Cartier examined and took take care of my house electrical issue quickly and with great knowledge. He did root cause analysis and identified a solution to the problem with precision. They made sure to provide the best service and results. 5 stars (even 10 if there is) on these people who put customers first rather than the chance to get their money.

Cameron L. from Mrs. Michael Plumbers came to service our generator and did an amazing job at explaining the generator issues after diagnosing the problems. He was able to return with the needed parts in a timely fashion to fix our generator. Thank you Cameron!

Mark and his coworker Jordan were great. Very friendly, willing to answer questions and also went above and beyond. Their quality of work was great. We were in a rough spot going on 7days of now power due to major damage. They got to us early and finished before days end and again it was a big job. We are so very thankful and I would recommend these guys and their company to anyone anytime.

Jeremy Moody did an awesome plumbing job today fixing our toilet. He explained what was wrong and gave us more than one option for fixing the problem. He completed the repair and left the work area spotless. We are very pleased with his work and would recommend him and Mrs. Michael’s Plumbing to others.

We’ve used Mrs. Michaels twice now for electric service. The first was a minor bathroom issue, while this second one was the installation of a new electric charger. The company has had excellent communication and has delivered quality results. I especially appreciated Matt, Mark, and Josh for their help on our charger. They were the utmost professionals

I am very happy with this company, the were the quickest to call back in our family’s water crisis last week with all the rain. Replaced our sump pump, added alarm and back up on time and their customer service was awesome , they have higher warranty than any of their competitors that I have called as well. I recommended them to a few friends already

Ryan (the tech) was fantastic. He was communicative, professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. The installation we had went smoothly and he was respectful of our home and our tenant. Tyler in reservations was less so—if you can get past Tyler, you’ll be exceptionally please with the work done by the Mrs Michael’s crew. We have had them out to the house to wrangle years of neglect and ensure repairs are done well. We highly recommend them.

I've heard via social media that Hartland Electric was the place to call for help with a answer on some electrical questions I had. They sent one of their technicians to the house. AJ was absolutely great. Inspected and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I was very pleased. Great job guys!

Shawn was the electrician who serviced our home. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, on-time, and we would highly recommend him.

Jacob s nsvy veteran was polite, courteous and very intrlligent. He explained the process in terms we understood snd listened to us. I'll call him the next time I need a plumber.

Scheduled an appointment with the very friendly administrator in the morning and technician came in the afternoon to check on my air condition unit. Very good communication and right on time. Technician was very friendly, explained what was wrong and discussed with me the options I had. AC is blowing cold air again and all is good

I called Mrs. Michael along with 4-5 other companies on a Sunday afternoon to come fix my air conditioner that went out. Mrs Michael was the only company that was able to come out same day. They arrived 45 minutes after my call.John came out and was quick, efficient and fixed everything, and gave solid recommendations for the future.They will be my first call, and they should be yours going forward!

Showed up, diagnosed the problem (bad wiring off of outside box) and talked to HOA directly. While it turned out to be an HOA issue, we appreciated the help sorting things out and getting things rolling in the right direction.
